1Peter 1:22 You were cleansed from your sins when you obeyed the truth, so now you must show sincere

love to each other as brothers and sisters. Love each other deeply with all your heart.

 

Why is the greatest command seem to be the hardest? Because we chase love in all the wrong places,

clutching glimpses that quickly fade.

James reminds us — we don’t have because we don’t ask, and we don’t receive because we ask selfishly

(James 4:2-3). True love isn’t found; it’s given. It’s a choice (1 Cor. 13:4-8),

and it flows from above. If you want love that is pure, unshakeable, and eternal — stop searching

horizontally.

 

Look to God.
