Your Choice...

John 5:6 When Jesus saw him and knew he had been I’ll for a long time, he asked him, “ Would you like to get well ?” ( NLT )

Would you like to get well?…

Do you think that might be a strange question to ask the someone who has been ill for 38 years or so?…the obvious answer would surely be yes…but the mans answer was that not being able to get to the healing water was everyone else’s fault…

But when Jesus said to him, “ rise, take up your bed and walk.” The man choose to take his bed and walk away…sometimes we often get comfortable in our unwanted situations and it is easier to stay in them than to stand up and claim the Lord’s healing and do the right thing…

Do we want to get better, get in shape, get over our past, or any other issues we are dealing with?…decide, are you ready to move forward in the challenges that may be uncomfortable sometimes?…we must make a choice and move forward…

Jesus knows if you need a change or a miracle in your life…you must believe in faith, pick yourself up and move forward in making a commitment to Him…as you journey into those unchartered waters with the Lord God , your Bethesda situation will be left behind…

You and I must make a choice…pickup our mats and move forward with the Lord or stay lying on our mats in pity without Hm…

Father God, thank you for blessing us with a Savior in Jesus Christ…for your miracles and for Your words of wisdom that provoke us in to making the correct choices…for loving us and never giving up on us…In Jesus Name…Amen…
