Give e Jesus...

Philippians 8:3 Yes, everything else is worthless when compared with the infinite value in knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For His sake I have discarded everything else, counting it all as garbage, so that I could gain Christ.

The song Give Me Jesus stirs my spirit with such gratitude that I feel led into that realm of Holiness where the Lord God allows me to seek and worship Him…

The song starts off in the morning when in the morning when I rise, give me Jesus, you can have all this world, just Give Me Jesus…

When we wake up in the mornings, what is the first thing on your mind?

Is it Jesus …I don’t know about you, but for me it’s not always Him / Them first…but it needs to be…Seek and find a scripture to help get you up and started for the day, I like to use Psalm 118:24 this is This is the day which the Lord has made : we will rejoice and be glad in it. We need to appreciate, dedicate, and celebrate…in that God has blessed us with another day…

Then the song goes onto when I am alone, give me Jesus…What is your though when you are all alone?…John 14:16 And I will pray the Father, and He will give you a Helper, that He may abide with you forever—when you accept Jesus as Lord and Savior we receive the Holy Spirit who dwells in us to help us and for us to never be alone…Jesus not only provided salvation for redemption of our sins and a relationship with God…but He has provided us with the Holy Spirit, in that He is always with us and will never for sake us…

The last verse goes like this, when I come to die, give me Jesus…What will be your final thought or thoughts?… I wished I could have worked more hours, had a better car / truck, or will we be calling on the Name of Jesus?…That my friend is the most important of these three statements about Give Me Jesus…

Do you have Jesus in your heart this morning?… if you don’t go unto the Lord this morning , it as easy as ABC…Admit , Believe, Confess ...

Pray this prayer… Jesus, I know Im not perfect, I repent of my sins, and I believe you died upon a cross for my sins and that God raised you from the dead…save me, change me, I give my life to you as my Lord and Savior…in Your Name…Amen…

If you prayed that prayer and believe in your heart, you are a child of God…

Follow up with Baptism and seek a personal relationship with Him…

Father , thank You for Your Son Jesus Who provided it all for us...thank You for loving us and never giving up on us...In Jesus Name,,,Amen...
