Hold Tight

Hebrews 10:23 - Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise.

So many times it is easy to just read over something, even something very important, and not let it sink in.

This is one passage we really should let sink in. Why would we need to "hold tightly" to something and not waver? Because there is an enemy that seeks to take from us - take the hope. Not a hope or our hope but THE HOPE. What is the hope? That God can and will keep his promise. His promise sealed in the blood of Christ - that all who come by faith in Jesus will be saved and have eternal life!

So, let it sink in, hold onto it, believe it, live life knowing God can be trusted and will do what he says - completely and fully!

Let us hold tight without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise.
