Our Days...

Psalm 90:12 So teach us to number our days, That we may gain a heart of wisdom.

This is so relevant when someone’s appointment with the Lord God has been made unexpectedly…especially when they seemed to be physically, mentally and Spiritually healthy…

On the other hand, it brings our mortality into perspective about that we are not guaranteed another day upon this earth…it is held in the hands of the One who created us and has saved us from sin…His Son, Jesus Christ…He made a way for us to be free from sin with everlasting life…

When we experience some of our darkest times in the loss of a loved one, don’t withdraw into isolation in your pain… your brothers and sisters in Christ are your Family ( your church ) they are there to help you through this difficult time…when we allow the enemy to pull us into isolation, that is exactly where he wants to keep us… then his power will keep you out of the realm of fellowship with your Family where you will be encouraged and become stronger…even if it means sobbing through Sunday morning service at church…do it and start to heal and become stronger in the One who holds the keys to life itself…

You and I have a calling from God to do it. Time is more precious than silver or gold; it doesn’t matter your age, because we don’t know the time of our appointment that God has set for you…

Lord God , as we seek Your will for our lives may we have the opportunity to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ and share the fruits of the Spirit with those we encounter…bless You O’ Lord…for loving us and never giving up on us…In the precious Name of Jesus…Amen…
